Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMaintain timely clinical and billing documentation for all treated patients
- check_circleAttend patient care and staffing conferences as a representative of occupational therapy
- check_circleClinical and billing documentation requirements as well as work related meetings
- check_circleParticipate in quality assurance and process improvement activities
- check_circleImplement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision
- check_circleProvide outpatient rehabilitation services in patients' homes or independent living facilities
- check_circleInstruct patients, families, and caregivers in occupational therapy skills and techniques
- check_circleCollaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop patient programs and activities
