About the Role
As a Class B truck driver, you will be the vital link in delivering our merchandise safely and efficiently to various locations. This role is designed for those who take pride in their work and enjoy the rhythm of a structured day. You will make multiple stops daily, ensuring that countertop and flooring materials are transported with care while adhering to all transportation regulatory compliance.
Your day will involve skillfully positioning blocks, ties, straps, chains, and binders to secure cargo, as well as assisting in the loading and unloading process. While you will work independently, maintaining a constant state of alertness and operating vehicles safely is paramount. You will interact with fellow road users and customers, requiring a patient and polite demeanor. This position offers a consistent schedule with home daily, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete a driving test and all DOT pre-employment requirements. The process includes verifying your driving experience and ensuring you are comfortable with local deliveries involving multiple stops.
