About the Role

The LNG Maintenance Manager serves as a pivotal member of the Terminal leadership team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operations & Maintenance. This role is dedicated to managing and coordinating asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities to ensure the continued safe and compliant operation of the Terminal.

In this position, you will lead a highly multi-skilled and motivated team through mentoring, coaching, and training. Your day-to-day involves the direct supervision, monitoring, and coaching of maintenance personnel to ensure a productive workforce that adheres to company policies. You will be responsible for the organization and direction of the maintenance department, overseeing work planning, on-the-job training, and the procurement of tools, materials, and services from vendors and contractors.

You will drive continuous improvement of maintenance work practices, focusing on reducing maintenance backlog and fostering learning opportunities. By collaborating closely with Terminal operations and engineering, you will ensure maintenance activities are executed to maintain Terminal availability and reliable operations. This role requires a leader who can balance technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills to establish mutually respectful relationships across management, peers, and direct reports.
