The LNG Maintenance Manager serves as a critical member of the Terminal leadership team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations & Maintenance. This role is dedicated to managing and coordinating asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities to ensure the continued safe and compliant operation of the Terminal.
In this position, you will lead a highly multi-skilled and motivated team through mentoring, coaching, and training. Your day-to-day involves the direct supervision, monitoring, and coaching of maintenance personnel to ensure a productive workforce that adheres to company policies. You will be responsible for the organization and direction of the maintenance department, directing the planning, scheduling, and management of all maintenance activities. By collaborating closely with Terminal operations and engineering, you will ensure maintenance activities are executed to maintain Terminal availability and reliable operations.
You will also drive continuous improvement of maintenance work practices, focusing on reducing maintenance backlog and fostering learning opportunities. This role requires engaging in Terminal strategic and business planning initiatives, managing the maintenance budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory regulations and industry standards.
