About the Role
As the LNG Maintenance Manager, you will lead the Terminal leadership team in managing and coordinating asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities. Your primary mission is to assure the continued safe and compliant operation of the Terminal while fostering a productive workforce. You will provide daily supervision, monitoring, and coaching to maintenance personnel, ensuring alignment with company policies and the collective bargaining agreement.
In this role, you will direct the planning, scheduling, and management of all maintenance activities, utilizing predictive, preventive, and corrective strategies to minimize downtime. You will collaborate closely with Terminal operations and engineering to ensure maintenance activities are executed seamlessly, maintaining high levels of availability and reliability. Beyond technical oversight, you will be responsible for developing a multi-skilled, motivated team through mentoring and coaching, while managing labor relations and ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
