The LNG Maintenance Manager serves as a critical member of the Terminal leadership team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations & Maintenance. This role is dedicated to managing and coordinating asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities to ensure the continued safe and compliant operation of the Terminal.
In this position, you will lead a highly multi-skilled and motivated team through mentoring, coaching, and effective communication. Your day-to-day involves directing the planning, scheduling, and management of all maintenance activities, ensuring they are executed in close collaboration with Terminal operations and engineering. You will be responsible for optimizing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime, while also managing the maintenance budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control. Beyond technical oversight, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, drive safety compliance, and administer the Company-Union labor agreement to maintain high morale and productivity among maintenance personnel.

Master's Degree in engineering, business, or related field. Multi-site experience. Staff Maintenance, Operations, or Engineering experience. Collective bargaining experience. FLS experience. Previous experience leading a Maintenance team. LNG and Cryogenic experience. Knowledge of LNG specific codes and standards.
Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, PLC, DCS Systems, VFD, LNG, Cryogenic, FLS.
Education: Associates Degree with 10 years experience; H.S. Diploma with 12 years experience; Master's Degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
