About the Role

The LNG Maintenance Manager serves as a critical member of the Terminal leadership team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operations & Maintenance. This role is dedicated to managing and coordinating asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities to ensure the continued safe and compliant operation of the Terminal.

In this position, you will lead a highly multi-skilled and motivated team through mentoring, coaching, and training. Your day-to-day involves the direct supervision, monitoring, and coaching of maintenance personnel to ensure a productive workforce that adheres to company policies. You will be responsible for the organization and direction of the maintenance department, directing the planning, scheduling, and management of all maintenance activities. This includes work planning, on-the-job training, arranging maintenance work, and initiating requisitions for tools, materials, and equipment.

You will also play a key role in supporting the development and management of the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control while maintaining Terminal availability. A significant part of your mission is to drive continuous improvement of maintenance work practices, reducing backlog and focusing on learning opportunities. You will engage and support Terminal compliance audits, incident investigations, and the review of working practices, ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory regulations and industry standards.
