About the Role
As the LNG Maintenance Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Terminal leadership team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations & Maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities to ensure the continued safe and compliant operation of the Terminal.
Your day-to-day involves the daily supervision, monitoring, and coaching of maintenance personnel to ensure a productive workforce that adheres to company policies. You will lead the organization and direction of the maintenance department, overseeing planning, scheduling, and the management of all maintenance activities. You will also drive continuous improvement of maintenance work practices, reduce maintenance backlogs, and focus on learning opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
This position requires close collaboration with Terminal operations and engineering to ensure maintenance activities are executed effectively, maintaining Terminal availability and reliable operations. You will play a critical role in supporting the development and management of the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control while maintaining environmental stewardship and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory regulations.

Diploma with 12 years experience with 5 at the supervisory level; Minimum 8 years power plant (or related) experience; Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerial experience; Ability to acquire applicable State License; Experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Work Management; and Experience as Operator, Foreman, or Shift Manager.
