About the Role

This position is designed for an experienced professional to manage litigated and complex claims, including cases involving severe damages, coverage disputes, sensitive matters, and declaratory relief actions. The specialist will serve as a key liaison between the company, outside vendors, and attorneys, directing assignments to maximize cost efficiency while minimizing delays.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving coverage problems, drafting Denial or Reservation of Rights letters, and establishing accurate loss reserves.
