Job Description

About the Firm

We are a boutique, litigation-focused personal injury law firm dedicated to winning cases and delivering high-quality work product. We seek a responsible, hardworking attorney who cares deeply about both the details of the work and the ultimate outcome for our clients.

About the Role

This is a primarily remote position for a Florida-licensed Litigation Attorney based in South Florida. The role offers meaningful litigation responsibility, moving beyond simple research or drafting to hands-on case management from inception through resolution. While you will have significant autonomy over your files, you will operate within a structured environment that emphasizes accountability, clear policies, and procedures.

You will work directly with clients, referring attorneys, and defense counsel, while collaborating closely with partners on litigation strategy. The position involves participating in trials in both State and Federal courts, taking depositions, and managing the full lifecycle of civil litigation cases. To ensure alignment and support, the legal team meets daily via Zoom to coordinate priorities and workflow. Occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or proceedings in South Florida are required.

Professional Development

We offer gradual and continuous training and mentoring to support your growth. This includes daily 8:30 a.m. firm Zoom meetings, practice and procedure modules, templates for written discovery and deposition questions, and access to a curated reading list of books and articles. Additionally, we provide a video list from critical seminars and speakers, webinars, and seminars to keep you at the forefront of legal practice.
