As a Ruby Krewe Member, you will be the heart of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish served captures the authentic flavor and quality our guests expect. You will accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products, portion ingredients prior to cooking, and handle the final presentation, including plating and garnishing. This role is dedicated to maintaining our high standards for food quality and consistency.
