About the Role
The LifeCafe Staff member is the heartbeat of our café, responsible for executing menu items with precision while maintaining the highest standards of speed and service. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean, sanitized environment for every guest.
In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will craft food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks efficiently. Beyond preparation, you will engage with members, answering questions and making thoughtful suggestions to enhance their experience. Success in this position requires the physical stamina to work in a stationary position for periods while moving about the café, and the ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
Hiring Process
Candidates must obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
