Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting the benefits of our life insurance products. Customize your approach to address specific client concerns and preferences.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and company policies. Safeguard client confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold a life insurance producer license or be willing to obtain one. We provide guidance through the licensing process.
- Experience: Sales or marketing experience is preferred, with insurance experience being a plus, but not required. A strong eagerness to learn is essential.
- Soft Skills: Must be a strong communicator with drive, integrity, and a coachable mindset.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Earning Potential: Base pay range of $65,000.00 to $400,000.00 per year, based on skills and experience. Actual compensation is determined by performance.
- Commission Structure: Uncapped commission rates, monthly bonuses, and residuals from day one.
