About the Role

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to deliver personalized, one-on-one care directly in patients' homes. This role is designed for nurses who want to build meaningful connections with a single patient while enjoying the autonomy of private duty care. Whether you are looking for flexible shifts or long-term assignments, this position allows you to make a meaningful difference on your own terms.

In this role, you will work under RN supervision to provide high-quality skilled nursing care tailored to each patient's specific care plan. You will be supported by 24/7 on-call clinical and operational assistance from local teams, ensuring you are never alone in your decision-making. To streamline your workflow, each home is equipped with a tablet for seamless electronic documentation.

Hiring Process

To apply, please submit your active, unencumbered LVN license in the state of practice (or a compact license transferable within 90 days). If you do not currently hold a current hands-on CPR certification, training assistance is available. A TB test within the past 12 months and reliable transportation are also required to begin your journey with us.
