About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Licensed Talk Therapist to provide both online and in-person counseling services. In this role, you will partner with clients to implement effective therapeutic techniques tailored to their individual needs. You will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize care approaches. The position also involves maintaining accurate records to track client progress and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Qualifications & Culture
To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid state license as a Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Professional Counselor. We value professionals who demonstrate proficiency in various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and psychoanalysis, alongside strong interpersonal and communication skills. A commitment to handling sensitive information with confidentiality and competence in digital tools for remote therapy sessions is essential. BLS Certification is preferred.
