Thriveworks is a mental health care company founded by clinicians in 2008 and still led by them today. With 340+ locations and a nationwide hybrid care model, we serve over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions. We partner with health systems and primary care providers because we believe mental health is inseparable from physical health. As a clinician-led organization, we are built to support the people who do this work with the tools, community, and stability needed to build a career that lasts.
We are hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our clients across the country. This role offers a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Albuquerque, NM. You will join a vibrant community of more than 2,700 licensed providers, ensuring you never feel isolated in your practice. The position is designed for behavioral health generalists open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, with a focus on helping them achieve measurable progress.
To support your success, we handle the administrative work—including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing—so you can focus on providing exceptional care. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing and enjoy flexible scheduling available seven days a week. Additionally, you will have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and a culture where all clinical leadership is promoted from within.
