Position: Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
Compensation: $77,000 per year
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. residents only, CST time zone)

Role Responsibilities
As an LSCSW with Iris Telehealth, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive initial evaluations and developing initial treatment plans.
- Delivering individual and family therapy sessions to patients, primarily adults (18+), though the role includes the full lifespan.
- Treating patients with general mental health diagnoses and Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
- Collaborating effectively with a broad support network, including psychiatrists, crisis services, peer support specialists, and case managers.
Role Details
- Setting: 100% remote outpatient clinic based in Kansas.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Note that three days per week must be scheduled after 5:00 PM CST.
- Appointment Duration: Initial evaluations last 60–90 minutes; follow-up sessions are 30–60 minutes.
- Administrative Duties: Approximately 1–2 hours per week.
- Caseload: Expect to schedule 6–8 clients per day.

Qualifications
- Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed LSCSW.
- Must hold an active Kansas LSCSW license.
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying levels of clinical acuity.
- Telehealth experience is preferred; familiarity with SmartCare software is a plus.
- Must reside in the United States or a U.S. territory.
