About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative Licensed Salon Hair Stylist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our salon, responsible for delivering tailored hair care services including cutting, coloring, and styling. Your goal is to meet the unique needs and preferences of every client while maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our brand.
You will consult with clients to deeply understand their vision, providing expert advice on trends and techniques. Beyond technical execution, you will build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, ensuring every visit is memorable. A key part of your day involves ensuring the cleanliness and proper sanitation of all tools and workstations, upholding our commitment to safety and professionalism.
