About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group that deeply values your expertise in psychiatric care. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Headway, you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat mental health conditions. You will prescribe and manage medications, adjusting prescriptions as needed to ensure optimal care. Beyond pharmacology, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling services, developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. You will also educate patients and their families about mental health and treatment options while maintaining detailed records in compliance with all privacy regulations.
