About the Role
As a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will join an innovative team that values your expertise in psychiatric care. This role exists to improve patient outcomes by providing a platform where your skills are fully utilized. You will collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate and optimize care, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and their families.
In this position, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat mental health conditions, and prescribe medication with ongoing monitoring. Beyond clinical duties, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling services, developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs. You will also play a key educational role, guiding patients and families on mental health and treatment options while maintaining detailed records in compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements
