Important Notes

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You will have full autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload. Please note that Headway can only support mental health professionals who are fully licensed. If your application was previously rejected due to incomplete licensure, you are welcome to reapply once you have obtained a valid license.
