About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered care in our Leonardtown facility. In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents across short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care units. Your work will focus on enhancing each resident's dignity, comfort, and quality of life while you grow your professional skills.
You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of RNs, therapists, and physicians to coordinate comprehensive care. A key part of your day involves mentoring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and supporting them in promoting dignified care. You will also play an active role in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care conferences, ensuring that care plans are individualized and effective.
