As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will become a valued member of a respected and supportive nursing team dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives. You will deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, administering medications and IVs as prescribed while implementing and evaluating individualized care plans. Your role involves recording vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and supervising other nursing personnel when required. Additionally, you will educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
