About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will become a valued member of a respected and supportive nursing team dedicated to making a difference in residents' lives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where new graduates are welcome and career growth is prioritized. You will deliver direct nursing care within skilled nursing and long-term care settings, implementing and evaluating individualized care plans while administering medications and IVs as prescribed. The position involves recording vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and supervising other nursing personnel when required. Additionally, you will play a key role in educating patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring a holistic approach to patient well-being.
