Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
- check_circleAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed
- check_circleAccurately document and maintain patient records
- check_circleObserve and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
- check_circleTake vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
- check_circleProvide wound care, injections, and IV management
- check_circleSupport the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
- check_circleEnsure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent LPN license in the state of New Jersey
