As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will leverage your expertise to provide personalized mental health services within our innovative ecosystem. This position is designed for professionals interested in contributing to a future where technology and therapy converge. You will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, developing innovative therapy plans that integrate digital aids. A key part of your day will involve collaborating with our tech team to customize digital tools specifically for therapeutic use, ensuring they meet the unique needs of our clients.
Beyond direct care, you will play a vital role in educating the tech community on emotional and mental wellness strategies. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of client records using our advanced digital systems, while staying updated on the latest trends in both mental health practices and technology.
We are seeking candidates with an active state license as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent (Associates-level licensure is not accepted). If you possess proven expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strong interpersonal skills, and a technology-savvy mindset open to integrating digital tools, we invite you to apply.
