Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDeliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals with behavioral health conditions
- check_circleTrack patient progress using measurement-based care and digital assessments
- check_circleCollaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
- check_circleApply evidence-based approaches including CBT, Unified Protocol, ACT, DBT, and EMDR
- check_circleMaintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR systems
Requirements
- verifiedMasters or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- verifiedActive independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
- verified2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
- verifiedExperience with telehealth or online therapy
- verifiedMinimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days
Nice to Have
Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents. Multi-state licensure.
