About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is designed for clinicians who are passionate about delivering meaningful virtual care, allowing you to bring your clinical expertise to a role built around accessibility and quality service.

What You Will Do

In this telehealth role, you will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, supporting them through personal and relational challenges. Your work will center on delivering high-quality care through a reliable virtual platform, ensuring that clients receive consistent and effective support regardless of location.

You will be responsible for identifying treatment priorities, tracking client progress, and making sound clinical decisions. The role requires maintaining clear documentation and utilizing electronic systems to keep records up-to-date, ensuring that every session is well-documented and that treatment strategies reflect the client's specific goals and presenting concerns.
