Senior Care Therapy (SCT) is a clinician-owned and operated company dedicated to providing supportive counseling and patient-centered psychology services. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities,000 Skilled Nursing Facilities, including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living, and assisted living facilities throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

The Role
We are seeking passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our team. This role offers a clinical position without the administrative burden, providing real work-life balance. You will provide in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population, focusing on residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facility
- check_circleAssess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions
- check_circleDevelop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient
- check_circleCollaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
- check_circleMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- check_circleMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using EHR.
Requirements
- verifiedActive and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in State applying for
- verifiedEffective oral and written communication in English
- verifiedBasic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records
- verifiedStrong organizational and documentation skills,
- verifiedAbility to provide in-person services at assigned facilities,
- verifiedFull Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
