About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will significantly impact the well-being of our community by providing a supportive and collaborative environment for clients. You will work to address interpersonal, marital, and family systems issues through comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans. Your work will involve conducting couple, family, and group therapy sessions while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Additionally, you will advocate for mental health awareness and educate clients and their families on effective coping strategies, regularly refining your therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and the latest methodologies.

Requirements
