Remote Licensed Life Insurance Advisor (W2)

Overview

Insurance Supermarket International US is currently recruiting experienced and licensed Life Insurance Advisors for a full-time, remote W2 position available to candidates residing anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will work from the comfort of your home, utilizing inbound, qualified leads to assist Americans in securing appropriate life insurance coverage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earnings Potential: Total compensation ranges from $40,000 to over $160,000 annually. This includes a starting base salary of $40,000 plus a significant bonus opportunity that can push total earnings into the six-figure range.

Key Details and Schedule

This is a full-time, remote W2 position. Candidates must be available to work one of the following shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales opportunities via live transfers and leverage internal sales systems to successfully close deals.

• Maintain high daily productivity standards, including achieving at least 88% productive time, 75% talk time, and an average of 10 daily live transfers, while meeting all Sales Floor Minimum Requirements.

• Present insurance products clearly and document all client information in full compliance with life insurance guidelines, state regulations, and ethical standards.

• Remain responsive to all company communications, including email and Slack, and be open to receiving sales assistance through phone feeding.

• Actively engage in ongoing individual and group coaching and development sessions.

• Be available to work all assigned shifts in their entirety.

Required Qualifications

• Hold an active Life Insurance License in good standing.

• Possess a minimum of two years of individual life insurance sales experience.

• Demonstrate proven self-management capabilities within a fast-paced, performance-driven remote environment.

• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Show a high level of ownership and accountability.

Technical and Equipment Requirements

• Computer: Must own a personal computer meeting minimum specifications: 4k CPU benchmark, 8GB RAM, running Windows 10 or 11.

• Internet: High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.

• Equipment: Must provide an additional monitor and a headset.

• Workspace: Must have a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace. Use of a webcam is required for meetings.
