About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team full-time. This role is designed to deliver evidence-based psychological and behavioral health services to patients receiving care in a transdisciplinary pain management setting. You will collaborate closely with medical providers, physical reconditioning staff, and care coordination teams to support functional restoration, treatment adherence, and improved quality of life for patients with complex chronic pain conditions.
Your day will involve delivering a combination of group therapy, individual therapy, and behavioral health intakes, depending on clinic needs and scheduling. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care that reflects our organization's mission, managing emotionally complex clinical situations with professionalism and empathy.
