This is a tough job that requires a natural leader with strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. You will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, setting the example for your crew by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time. From cost and inventory control to customer relations and store cleanliness, you will ensure our standards are met while fostering a fun and flexible work environment.
