In this capacity, you will act as the gatekeeper for title integrity. Your day involves researching title evidence, obtaining precise property descriptions, and identifying involved parties. You will scrutinize mortgages, liens, and contracts to detect any restrictions or obstructions that could impact the closing. Once findings are compiled, you will prepare detailed reports and generate title binders and commitments using SoftPro Select for lender requirements. This role demands a high tolerance for stress and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift in a fast-paced environment.
