As a Legal Engineer - Workflows Specialist (Large Law), you will serve as a senior, consultative, customer-facing partner alongside our sales and post-sales teams. Your mission is to build, refine, and implement custom workflows for large law firm clients, turning complex legal challenges into streamlined digital solutions.
In this position, you will build trusted relationships with senior law firm stakeholders, including firm leadership, practice leaders, and knowledge management teams. You will collaborate closely with LexisNexis go-to-market, product, and technology teams to influence both near-term solutions and long-term innovation priorities. Your day-to-day involves driving adoption of custom workflows, supporting early-stage demos to demonstrate the value of our AI solutions, and acting as the voice of the customer by identifying product gaps and synthesizing client feedback for our engineering and UX teams.
