About the Position
As part of a global legal team, the Legal Counsel, Employment will provide broad employment law support to Norstella, one of the world’s largest pharma intelligence solutions providers. This role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and supports labor and employment matters across the U.S. and international jurisdictions, working closely with Human Resources to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice. The successful candidate will bring substantive employment law expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements
- verifiedJ.D. required
- verifiedActive license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- verified4–7 years of employment law experience
- verifiedExperience supporting international employment matters, particularly in the UK
