The Lead System/Solution Architect is a senior technology leader responsible for defining the architectural vision and technical direction for enterprise-scale digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of strategic foresight and hands-on execution, requiring deep expertise across application platforms, low-code/no-code ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.
You will serve as the primary technical authority, partnering with business stakeholders, customers, and project teams to shape future-state architectures. Your mission is to establish enterprise guardrails while remaining close to delivery and execution, ensuring the successful delivery of robust, secure, and forward-thinking digital solutions. From defining target-state architectures to mentoring architects and guiding engineering teams through complex design and release cycles, you will translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for non-technical leadership.
Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance to be considered for this position. The interview process will evaluate your ability to balance speed-to-value with long-term architectural integrity and your capacity to influence architecture across multiple programs.
