About the Team

L3Harris Technologies is seeking self-starting, team-oriented Full-Stack Application Software Engineers to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This group operates at the forefront of satellite command and control systems, leveraging web technologies, distributed computing, sophisticated cloud technologies, and cutting-edge capabilities to develop and integrate mission-unique software.

About the Role

In this position, you will play a crucial role in evolving how mission applications are built and maintained. You will work within a development team employing modern DevOps practices and a technology-supported infrastructure to diagnose and resolve issues while maintaining and developing new capabilities for deployed systems. The role requires adapting existing baselines to new architectures and offering support to end-users as needed.

Beyond technical execution, this role emphasizes growth and collaboration. You will mentor junior engineers, possess the technical talent to continually learn new skills, and promote innovative technologies. Success in this position involves working with a diverse, multi-site, multi-company team to integrate, test, and deploy software applications to operations.
