About the Role
The Lead Site Engineer serves as the senior field representative for XYZ Reality on a project. This role is designed to bridge the gap between our innovative technology and the practical realities of construction sites. You will act as the primary point of coordination between the site team and the client, ensuring all workflows and standards are followed.
While this position carries significant leadership responsibilities, it remains deeply hands-on. You will perform core Site Engineer tasks alongside your team, including daily progress capture and quality inspections. You will drive the adoption of the XYZ platform among client teams, conduct progress tracking against BIM models using The Atom, and attend weekly coordination meetings to review quality issues and progress. This is an opportunity to work on-site at major multimillion or billion-dollar construction projects, with potential for travel and relocation across the US.

Requirements
