About the Role

This position serves as a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations adhere to company policies and procedures. Acting as the primary point of supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present, the Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep buildings and facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. The role involves coordinating daily operations by delegating job assignments, providing guidance to team members, and overseeing the quality of cleaning operations. You will serve as a bridge between field employees and management, fostering open communication and monitoring client interactions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone just entering the workforce or returning to it, offering a chance to utilize leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
