About the Role
We are hiring a Landscape Foreman (Stormwater) to support the maintenance of stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are eager to lead a crew in protecting and improving water quality in local communities. Whether you have a background in construction, manual labor, or lawn maintenance, this position offers a purpose-driven opportunity to make a real difference.
As a Foreman, you will lead a team of 2-4 crew members, ensuring safety regulations are enforced while managing the planning, direction, and scheduling of landscaping and routine maintenance for stormwater assets. The role involves a mix of field work and leadership, requiring you to operate equipment, perform light construction repairs, and document work using proprietary systems. You will travel regionally, typically spending 10 days per month on the road, utilizing a company truck to reach client sites locally and across the region.
