About the Role
As a Fricker's Manager, you will provide outstanding leadership to your team while driving positive sales growth. This role is distinct from other restaurant management positions because we value individual management styles that achieve company objectives. You will be responsible for creating a profitable environment and delivering an exceptional guest experience through coaching, training, and counseling your staff.
Your day-to-day involves executing our unique brand of fun, maintaining a safe and secure environment by enforcing food-safety and sanitation standards, and controlling costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies. You will also handle staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals.

Requirements
