About the Role

The Key Carrier role is an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. Key Carriers alternate their role based on store needs, predominantly performing the role of Coordinator and occasionally acting as Key Carrier, taking on a leadership role in maintaining all aspects of the store. In this capacity, you will act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the store team performs tasks in accordance with the store plan and adhering to all company policies and procedures. You will be the face of the store, creating a positive internal and external customer experience while addressing immediate service issues and providing coaching to associates. This role requires you to model exceptional customer service, promote a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintain a safe environment for all.
