CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business dedicated to providing professional solutions in training and talent acquisition.
We are seeking qualified interpreters fluent in Kaqchikel to support a client serving minor populations. In this role, you will serve as a vital communication liaison, facilitating accurate, impartial, and culturally appropriate interpretation between minors and Care Staff, as well as other authorized personnel.
Your primary mission is to ensure mutual understanding and clarity across a variety of care and service settings. You will act as a bridge, relaying important deadlines, instructions, and questions while assisting minors in expressing concerns or information when they are not fluent in English or the language spoken by staff. Additionally, you will aid in orienting minors to community resources and help staff build rapport by providing essential cultural context.
Services are provided primarily in person at client sites, with additional support delivered via telephone, videoconference, or other virtual platforms as needed. The role may require 24/7 availability and shift work, with travel required to various client sites throughout the United States if you do not reside near a current location.
Interested candidates should apply directly through our career portal. Selected applicants will be contacted for an initial screening to discuss qualifications and availability.
