About the Role
We are seeking a talented Junior Network Security Engineer to join our team on an overnight shift. This is a full-time remote position; however, candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance of our Tampa, FL headquarters to facilitate occasional on-site work.
In this role, you will act as a vital extension of our clients' organizations. You will monitor and identify threats on customer networks, performing necessary triage on events before escalating them. Your day-to-day involves creating, assigning, and updating cases based on events detected by intrusion detection systems, firewalls, or reported directly by customers. You will be responsible for responding to urgent threats and attacks on client infrastructure with the same urgency as an internal team member, ensuring all service tickets are resolved within contracted SLA obligations.
