About the Role
This position serves as the creative bridge between our marketing vision and physical execution. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually striking graphics for both print and digital media, ensuring every asset effectively conveys our intended message. From brochures and flyers to social media posts and website banners, your work will directly impact how our brand is perceived by our audience.
A unique aspect of this role involves managing our proprietary e-commerce platform, "Eframe." You will set up complete accounts by designing banners, selecting color schemes, configuring coupon codes, and managing all necessary features within the Admin Panel. Additionally, you will create and update digital frame images for e-commerce accounts and maintain school diploma frame images with correct artwork.
Beyond digital design, you will play a critical operational role in our print production workflow. You will manage Xerox equipment, printing consumables, and media supplies, while providing art preparation for warehouse machinery including Laser, Valianni, and Mimaki models. Your expertise in color profiles, resolution for large-format images, and file requirements for both raster and vector art will ensure high-quality outputs for the warehouse department, including prints of school logos and lithographs.
Working Environment
You will collaborate closely with management, web marketing, and content teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate electronic file storage for all proofs and renderings, ensuring our digital assets are organized and accessible.
