Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency composed of strategists, data scientists, and artists. We come from politics, brands, and government, communicating without barriers and measuring what matters. With over 350 team members across six countries and thirteen offices—including Berlin, Brussels, Chicago, D.C., London, Los Angeles, New York, Oslo, San Francisco, and Zürich—we apply unique expertise in strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing. Our mission is to create sophisticated, customized strategies that make change possible for both American and European clients.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Media Buyer to support our TV practice. This is a critical support role designed for someone who already understands the fundamentals of the media landscape. You will handle the "heavy lifting" of trafficking and maintenance while transitioning into active negotiation and buying as you grow with the team.
In this position, you will support the execution and management of paid media campaigns across numerous clients on the Paid Media team. You'll work closely with a team of Media Buyers and coordinate across Client Services, Media Planning, and Analytics teams to execute successful campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for managing or building a career in linear advertising within an agency setting.
This role is based in one of our offices (Chicago, DC, NYC, SF, or LA) with an expectation to work onsite at least three days a week.
We're looking for all kinds of people. BPI Group is dedicated to building an inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible workplace that fosters a sense of belonging. We make employment decisions based on individual commitment to excellence and want the best qualified people in every job.
We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, or criminal history, consistent with legal requirements. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to still apply. We consider applications holistically, and you may be just the right candidate for this role or another one of our openings.
