The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is dedicated to supporting melin's growing digital channels, ensuring design deliverables are executed at the highest standard while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with the Content Director, delivering impactful design solutions that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retail initiatives.
Location & Culture
This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in our San Clemente, CA office with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Our office is dog-friendly, and we foster a culture where you can work with talented people who share a love of melin. We offer paid beach and giveback days, bi-annual team building events, and other in-person celebrations.

Requirements
