Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInstall electrical systems in commercial and industrial construction markets
- check_circleSplice wires and connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment
- check_circleInstall control and distribution apparatus such as switches and circuit-breaker panels
- check_circleConnect power cables to equipment and install grounding leads
- check_circleObserve functioning of installed equipment to detect hazards and perform repairs
- check_circleInteract with customers to determine needs and provide electrical solutions
- check_circleTroubleshoot common electrical systems including services, feeders, and branch circuits
- check_circlePlan new or modified installations to minimize waste and ensure code compliance
- check_circlePrepare sketches or follow diagrams to ensure proper wiring installation
- check_circleSupervise and coordinate assigned helper and apprentice electricians
- check_circleMeasure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit
- check_circleMaintain clean and clutter-free job sites while adhering to safety policies
Requirements
