About the Role

SynergisticIT focuses on two high-demand lanes: Java / Full Stack / DevOps and Data (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist) + ML/AI. We help candidates graduate with an employable stack rather than scattered skills. Our core emphasis remains on Java/Full Stack/DevOps and Data/Analytics/Engineering/ML. We are actively considering candidates for full-time opportunities in software engineering and data roles, including Java full stack, Java/Python development, DevOps automation, data analytics, data engineering, data science, and ML/AI.

The strongest candidates are not "tool collectors" but individuals who can demonstrate end-to-end capability: building APIs, connecting databases, deploying services, analyzing data, and handling interviews with confidence. This path is designed for recent graduates in CS, Engineering, Math, or Statistics who have strong academics but thin practical experience, or those who reach interviews but struggle to close. We also support international students on F-1/OPT visas needing a job plan for STEM extension or H-1B timing.
